Our shipping cost is for getting the kit and finished products to you. We do not cover the cost of mailing the cremains to the artist. The address label and cremains sticker are placed on the same side of the mailer, but we recommend letting the post office handle that. Then, take this, the address label, and the cremains sticker to the post office. After filling out the extra cremains form, put the form and the baggie/vial into the express mailer (the work order will already be inside).
Once the vial is filled to the line, please return the vial to the smaller baggie and seal it. We do not use a large amount of ash, so unless you're ordering a significant amount of items, only a fraction of the tube will be filled. Our plastic vials will have a black line on each of them to indicate how far to fill the vial. Wonderful customer service too I should have checked my size beforehand though as I'm a bit.
